Our emergency service is available on a first call first served basis as crews are available at the time of the call.
When you call for emergency service during regular business hours, we will respond and evaluate the situation.
Cost for the initial service call is $195.00 which includes 30 minutes of inspection or repair time (time is charged in 30 minute increments) to be PAID in advance by credit card.
If roof tarping is required we will provide that service at an additional charge (see below for tarping fees).
If it is determined that extensive roof repairs are required and work can not be performed at that time, then a written proposal will be presented for required work.
Regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm COST $195.00
After business hours Monday – Friday 4:01pm – 11:00 pm COST $395.00
Weekend hours Saturday – Sunday COST $495.00
Emergency tarping 10’ x 10’ area = $495.00 (min.)
Emergency tarping 20’ x 20’ area = $795.00
Emergency tarping 30’ x 30’ area = $1,295.00
Important to note regarding our emergency tarping procedures:
While we make every attempt to install a plastic tarp, we can not and will not incur any liability for exterior or interior damages that result from water damage or tarp blowing off from wind. The plastic tarp installed should only be considered a temporary cover.
